Ancient Future Food

After discussing the concept of The Reconstruction exhibition, the collaboration between Bangkok-based food designer, Lee Pijika Rojsatapong and I focused on an idea that could speak to both the deep history of foods and the future of food sustainability. Our main work was a combination of the main ingredients: Riceberries (future super food) and the rich history of salt.
