Our Saigon-based art collective, ProjectOne, was invited to create installations and performances for the Festival Hue in 2004. For my work, The Universe of Fruits, I adapted a performance from my friend Hiroko Kikuchi where cut fruits were arranged on a window. The fruit was cut throughout the duration of the event for day and night visitors.
